Challenge #5 : Ribbon

This week's challenge is going to be really hard for some of us because it involves something many of us hoard really well!!

We challenge you to USE YOUR RIBBON! (Twine, or really anything you can tie is perfectly acceptable, too!) I know it is hard, but it is such a gorgeous touch to any project. You can do it!

Please link your creation using Mr. Linky by Friday April 22nd. No blog? No problem! Just use keyword USE005 when uploading to an online gallery and leave us a direct link so we can find your creation. (Linking tips are at the bottom of the post!)

Please make sure to mention you are playing along with a Use It Tuesday challenge (a link is great too!) so we know you are participating.

As always, one lucky participant will be randomly chosen to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge!

Here is a little inspiration to get you started:

Here is a page Samantha made with some of her satin ribbon. She also used some alphas she has been hoarding (Thickers from American Crafts and Tiny Type from Cosmo Cricket).

Siobhan made a card she designed all around the ribbon she had been hoarding for 4 years! (Michaels $1 ribbon bin find...you know you have some, too!)

Diane, one of our Guest Designers, is using her hoarded retired Stampin' UP Purely Pomegranate satin ribbon! I **think** just maybe some other people might have some of this yummy ribbon in their stash as well. (Not naming names Siobhan and Sami)

Our winner from the Help for Japan challenge. Lisa. created this masterpiece. Guess how long she has had this ribbon? 5 years!!! She got it in a ribbon swap. Oh yes, we are helping hoarders one project at a time!

And last but certainly not least, this fabulous corset card is from the very talented and creative Judy, who was the winner of our sketch challenge! Seriously, that corset is to die for!! And was a genius idea to use those eyelets you have laying around as well!

We can't wait to see what you create! Now go Use It!!
