Challenge #1:
Our first challenge is to make something with an image you have not previously used for a project! This can be a digi image or good ol' fashioned stamp. Easy peasy! We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Please link your creation using Mr. Linky by Friday 18 February. No blog? No problem! Just use keyword USE001 when uploading to an online gallery and leave us a link too so we can find your creation.
Please please make sure to mention you are playing along with a Use It Tuesday (a link is great too!) challenge so we know you are playing along.
One lucky participant will be chosen randomly to be a featured guest designer in an upcoming challenge!
Here is a little inspiration to get you started!

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to do this! I am so excited about this new blog. You girls are the bomb-diggity (not really sure what that means, but it is supposed to be a good thing).
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun!!!
ReplyDeleteI did it. Made a card using Hello Again. Yeah
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo, I plan to play along as often as I can. I think this will be fun challenge blog.
ReplyDeleteSince your Mr. Linky isn't working you can see my card here: http://judyscards.blogspot.com/2011/02/faux-pressed-flowers.html. I may have cheated a little, the wheelbarrow and sentiment is from a set I just got, instead of one I have had for a while. But on the bright side, I've never used either of those stamps before, and had never used those flowersoft colors before either.
ReplyDeleteI did it! It took a minute for me to figure out how to upload, but it's there. Great challenge.
ReplyDeleteThe card I posted was all "vintage" stuff from my scrapbook room! Love using up old stuff to make something cute!
ReplyDeleteHere is mine....can't wait to see what the challenge is later this month...Hey I have a great one....use your oldest DSP you have been hoarding...LOL
ReplyDeleteIs there a limit on how many we can enter?
ReplyDeleteJust entered mine! Thanks for the push to pull out an unused image!
ReplyDeleteThis totally inspired me to flip through my image catalog and randomly stop on a page, find a stamp that I had never used, and make something with it. Stampin' Up! Little Backgrounds was my unused, unloved stamp. I've had this set forever and never did anything with it.
ReplyDeleteJudy, there is no limit! Enter as many times as you like!
ReplyDeleteSong Lyrics:
ReplyDelete"I LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT
HE LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT
SHE LIKE TO MOVE IT MOVE IT
YOU LIKE TO, MOVE IT!"
I like to use it use it
He like to use it use it
She like to use it use it
You like to USE IT.......this is what goes through my head....I think it should be your blog's theme song...you still do karaoke, right, Siobhan?
YAY!!! I got to play! Not totally happy with my card but at least I made one. I have had this TAC set forever but the MS butterfly punch is brand new, both unused prior to yesterday so as Lisa says, a TWOFER!
ReplyDeleteI think I just invented a new way to use a border punch, at least I haven't seen this done before, then I had to make a card, so I used two unused stamps. Check out my #14 entry, I also included a redneck tutorial for it.
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun! Had fun playing along.
ReplyDeleteFun new blog! Hope it helps me use up some of my hoarded stash, lol. Can't wait to see challenge #2.
ReplyDeletefinally got my card done ... cutting it fine its the 17th for me today lol
ReplyDeleteGreat challenge girls! Not sure if I'm linking up too late on Friday, but I just had to play along anyway because I love the idea! This was lots of fun and I'm looking forward to the next challenge :) Great job!
ReplyDeleteI tried to post a card I but I don't think the link worked. Can anyone help me? I'm new to trying to post pictures like this :)
ReplyDeleteI really want to play along with Use it Tuesday - I think my second link worked. Sorry about that :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea for a challenge blog! Thanks for inspiring me to use my new stamps!
